Venue scouting, vendor research and management, logistical troubleshooting, timeline creation, budget tracking and everything in between are just a few of the details we will handle on your behalf as your planning team.

In addition to walking alongside you in the planning and design process from square one, we will also serve as your representatives on your celebration day to ensure a flawlessly executed event. We call this event management and production because we truly view our efforts as more than a series of simple to do lists and tasks. The planning and design of your celebration is the foundation, but the management and production is where the magic happens and all comes to life.

Once your contract has been signed and an initial deposit has been made, we will connect you via your email to our client planning portal, where we will be able to communicate and share everything we need to work through together (timelines, checklists, seating, guest lists, etc.)
We will set up our first check-in as soon as possible! At this first meeting, we will continue to get to know you, your story and your vision for your celebration. We will from there begin creating our initial “design blueprint” to give us more concrete next steps and a framework to draw from as we begin planning!
Since we are teammates alongside you in this process, we will decide together what works best for your stage of life when it comes to checking in, but we will regularly be touching base to make sure that we are accomplishing the goals we have discussed to create the celebration we all are dreaming of.
