Due to the time and attention required to successfully serve our clients with an exceptional destination experience, we generally accept up to 10 client contracts per calendar year.
In order to fully focus in on each of our clients and to offer the best experience possible, we do not offer only day-of or month-of coordination. Over the years, we've found that we are unable to fully provide the type of experience that will put you and your vendor team at ease on your celebration day when we step in later in the process.
Generally, after chatting more about the details of your celebration season, we decide together on a flat fee that can be broken into installments during the planning process. Our fee is generally based on the value of our experience, time, travel and the complexity of this season together. Our minimum full service fee for destination weddings begins at $12,000
Our clients have an average total wedding day budget of $100,000+ , with a shift based on location, guest count and required or desired elements to the celebration. Our clients' average floral and decor budget is $20,000+. This is a very nuanced question that we'd love to chat about further with you!
