Each celebration we design is entirely bespoke, thoughtfully shaped around the unique vision, details, and priorities of every couple we work with. Due to the time and attention required to successfully serve our clients with an exceptional destination experience, we generally accept up to 10 client contracts per calendar year.
In order to fully focus in on each of our clients and to offer the best experience possible, we do not offer only day-of or month-of coordination. Over the years, we've found that we are unable to fully provide the type of experience that will put you and your vendor team at ease on your celebration day when we step in later in the process.
Our minimum full service fees for destination wedding weekends begin at $20,000 at a 12% management fee so we can scale best to the needs of each event as details evolve. Chat with us to see what this could look like for your celebration!
Our clients have an average total wedding day budget of at least $200,000+ , with a shift based on location and currency, guest count, and required or desired elements to the celebrations.
