Due to the time and attention required to successfully serve our clients with an exceptional experience, we accept only 5 to 7 client contracts per calendar year.
In order to fully focus in on each of our clients and to offer the best experience possible, we do not offer only day-of or month-of coordination. Over the years, we've found that we are unable to fully provide the type of experience that will put you and your vendor team at ease on your celebration day when we step in later in the process.
Generally, after chatting more about the details of your celebration season, we decide together on a flat fee that can be broken into installments during the planning process. Our fee is generally based on the value of our experience and the complexity of this season together. Our full service fee begins at $10,000.
Our clients have an average total event budget of $90,000, with a slight shift based on location and guest count. Our clients' average floral budget is $8,000-$10,000.
